Exclamation Stretches for Hammie and lower back

My left hamstring (inside of the hamstring near the groin area) continues to cramp up whenever I squat/deadlift. My trainers tell me that my form is fine. I do not use much weight because of this problem but it still cramps when I squat as little at 95 lbs if I do over 10 reps. I assume this is has to do with a tight hammie or lower back or calf as the all seem to be connected.

Any ideas on what I can do?
    Current stack:
    protein
    carbs
    fat
    Elbow grease

I do not have a set diet. But it consists of mainly- Pasta, wheat bread, oats, steak, chicken, spinach, almonds, strawberries, banana, and milk. I have trouble gaining weight so my cals are in the 3000ish range. I have a multi and a fish oil twice a day.

    Is this enough information?

my feeling is that if it a lack of salts then all your muscles will potentially cramp rather the just the one.
