Its the same routine, walk in, get necessary stuff for a workout, go to the toilet.
Look in the mirror.
Look at what you see.
Ask yourself, "Are you gonna give it all today?"
Look at yourself in the mirror in your eyes
What are you gonna do? (Don't answer that, you'll know)
Walk out, walk into the weights room.
Begin training.
Who are you doing it for?
Your Mum? Your Dad?
No. You're doing it for no one but yourself.
It's not about being bigger than the guy next to you, It's not about benching more than he benched.
The only thing that matters is becoming bigger than the guy you saw in the mirror.
Bodybuilding is a personal sport, there's competition, but they aren't relevant. The only thing that matters is you, no one should benefit from your workouts.
Give it all, Never Give Up, those last 2 reps will always be the hardest, train like an animal to eventually become a beast.
Make yourself proud.
