Don't waste your money. I used it years ago w/ no results (EAS was pushing it during their Body for Life period) and if you google CLA & weight loss or fat loss you'll find there is very little evidence that it works. You're better off taking green tea & a good EFA.

I take it and lov it...i suggest making sure it has Tonalin CLA on the label...it is whats in most CLA products. I have had no side effects except my pee being alitte neon...lol but that could be from my muti too..i started them both at the time.

Ditto here. Most of what I've read recently suggests you need to take it in LARGE quantities, far greater than would be any kind of cost-effective, to see any kind of fatloss effect.

It is still a healthy fat and moderate doses certainly wont hurt you. But, Id put fish oil over CLA.

Ive been taking it for awhile and havent noticed anything period - I wont buy another bottle when this one runs out

Well my friend gave me a full bottle so I didn't waste my money hehe but it's just ANOTHER pill to remember to take (yuck). At the regular store a bottle is about $7 but I found a dollar-store that sells supplements like fish oil and multi-vitamins (i don't trust the multi's so i stick to women's centrum) but I've been using the dollar-store fish oil capsules and they seem the same as any other one

I have never had any luck with CLA supps for fat loss, you are better off eating grass fed organic beef as a natural source of CLA.

I took it for a couple years with no side effects. As with many supplements, results only occur over time. I have had awesome results losing abdominal fat, general fat breakdown replaced with lean muscle this last year taking a product called *Seren Oil* which contains CLA, Borage oil, Flaxseed Oil, Omega-3 and a large amount of natural Vitamin E.
