I have been considering a fat burner to lose the last 10 for summer. First of all there are so many out there i dont know what is good and what is a waste of money. Second, a few years ago i used Hydroxycut for 2 cycles. Both times i ended up needing dental work done. I didnt make the connection until it happened the second time. After i stopped taking any the problems stopped occuring. So im afraid to take any fat burners sincei dont know what it was in the Hydroxycut was doing what it did. Any one have any ideas?

That is very bizarre... I am not sure why there would be a connection to be honest.
And at 5"6 125lbs, you don't need to lose 10lbs! You're already on the small side for your heightSeptember 2006 - 9km Sydney Harbour Bridge Run - 45:25
August 2007 - 14km City to Surf - 77:00

I agree with the post above, to me it doesn't look like you need to lose 10. How is your diet/cardio/workouts? I think most fat/weight loss can be accomplished with that. But if you still feel you need to "lose a few" and everything else is on point, I would suggest one of our LiveLong stacks. That way you can control the dosage and what ingredients are used for your personal goals. If I can help you set something up, feel free to PM me.

All right boys, now watch how this is done. The key is to put it all in your groin and your back.
Take your legs totally out of the equation. Lift with your lower back in a jerking, twisting motion.

I did one bottle of Xenadrine Extreme, the women's formula one. I got good results from it. I dropped a few BF%. I had no problems with it. Well..
You do 1 pill a day for so many days, then up it to 2 pills a day for so many days then finally get to 3. I couldn't do the three for about 2 weeks because it was just too much for me. So I was at 2 pills daily for a while longer than recommended. But you usually know your body better than the back of a bottle does.Kettle Bells? Bulgarian Bags? Cross Fit? Eff Yeah, on it.

The only reason I can see for Hydroxycut doing something to your teeth is this. Hydroxycut is diuretic, and if you don't drink enough water, you can end up with a dry mouth. A dry mouth is a great environment for tooth decay bacteria. I don't know if that's specifically what happened or if it was just a coincidence, but that's the only thing that seems to make sense to me.
