Have you considered doing bodyweight exercises during the move..when I dont have access to a gym for a period of time they usually help me stay somewhat in shape. Check some of these out:http://www.menshealth.com/jumpstarty...ng-workout.php

Seems I've missed out on this for a while but here's my progress so far, attached by month of pic taken. Sorry it's not in order.
January - 238
Febuary - 228
March - Didn't take pics but I was 220ish
April 9th - 214
It's coming off pretty quick and my strength has increased, I'd like to believe I'm past noob gains since I've been lifting for a year so I'll have to pay tribute to the gains to IF/Warrior Diet combination.
Started off with
Bench: 205 x 9
Squat: 245 x 10
Pullups: 3
and April 9th I have;
Bench: 235 x 10
Squat: 295 x9
Pullups: 7
Flat Bench: 245 3x5
Squat: 295 x 10 ATG
Deadlift: 315 x 10
40 yd: 5.0 electric

I've just stumbled upon this searching as a guest nearly a year later (11 months). After the original photo (May) I was diagnosed with gallstones (July) which resulted in me going on a low fat (<10g/day) diet to avoid the attacks and having an operation (November). I started learning MMA in September and obviously had to stop for around 6-8 weeks after the operation. When I was recovered I decided to start lifting weights in December, which is the first photo below. Second one is around February and third and fourth photos are around March.
Hoping to cut down for summer now whilst maintaining the little gains I've made.

Yup, no update again for quite a while. But I'm still making progress- right now I'm just about 150. I guess you could say I'm officially skinny-fat, even though I loath that term. I would just say I'm 60 pounds lighter than when I started, and I've got probably another 20 to go. I'm particularly interested in these two pictures, because the next time I'm in the 150's I'm hoping to have ten pounds more muscle and ten pounds less fat. It'll be neat to see the difference in body composition at the same weight.
The second picture looks weird because I'm kind of twisting my torso to get the picture taken. And yes, I'm still a hairy bastard.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Ill have to post my 6 month cut progress when my second progress pics are taken on november 1 2011.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Awesome stuff
I realize it's coming up to the first of the month and well that means posting a before pic, which I'm keen to do but we warned that it isn't going to be pretty. Sorry in advance to anyone that I offend on the first when I post my pic. Great to see some awesome results having taken place, so so so inspiring.
I just want to be a sexy bitch

I am not sure if this is still going but I will upload the pics i have taken over these last 4 months.
Please excuse the way i have named them, it was so i could sort them, it says day where it should say week, also weeks were skipped inbetween.
The date is in the name for those who are interested.
Both are relaxed
