Congrats on the weight loss dude! I see you have a little loose skin there, how much weight did you lose, and in how much time?
Thanks a lot man! yeah i lost 30 lbs in 2 months. But the loose skin started my freshman year of high school, i went from 200lbs to 140lbs in 2.5 months! VERY VERY DANGEROUS and unhealthy!!! i did that during the course of my wrestling season, i lost virtually any muscle i had. My diet during those 3 months consisted of 3 bottles of water a pretzel, 1 sip of grape juice, and a salad. On top of that poor diet, i would workout at wrestling practice for 2 hourse very intensely and then i would do another workout at home before bed wearing tons and tons of clothing. In all honesty i believe that is what caused the loose skin and the bad stretch marks. I can only imagine down the road in life what the long terms effects of that drastic loss might have caused. Thanks again for the comments, i still got a while to go though.
I didn't start taking front/side pictures until April, but I started losing weight at the end of February. I was 210 and 31%BF at the time. I'm now about 182 and 23.5%. Unfortunately I'm in that range where it's difficult to see the progress, but over the past four months I've lost several inches from my stomach. I'm one of those lucky guys who stores the majority of his weight in the gut and thighs; a desk job, bad eating/sleeping habits, and a sedentary lifestyle will do that.
It may be hard to tell just from these pictures but I've gone from size 38 pants being almost impossible to button, to size 36's being loose. My work/dress pants and shirts are getting comically large- it's time to buy all new clothes. The funny thing is, I'm about 30 pounds down in a 60 pound cut, so by the end of the year my new clothes won't fit. When I get down to the 150's I'll likely be wearing 33's, which I haven't done since high school. Ah well, nobody said losing weight was inexpensive.
Anyway, my ultimate goal for the year is to be under 160lbs and in the mid-to-low 'teens for bodyfat. I want to get as close to 150 as possible before starting a bulk.
The included pictures are from April 4th, and this morning (July 1st). All I have at the moment is an old webcam, sorry for the quality. Also, yes, my room is a disaster at the moment.
April 4th- 200 pounds, 28% bodyfat
July 1st- 182 pounds, 23.5% bodyfat

Damn dude, 9lbs made a rpetty big difference; you gotta be lifting heavy. Belly went in drastically, chest went down and look at your wrist, you can see the tendon quite clearly where I'm sure it was more difficult prior. Good work so far, keep it up!

I've been so inactive since high-school mainly because I moved and was not active physically in much of anything ever since. Started P90X on March 08', but quit after a month and half of still seeing my belly so large. Started up on exercising early June 2010' and haven't stopped since. I just don't want to be as large as I once was ever again.
Before - March 2008 238lb+
Present - October 2010 189.6lb still got a big ass belly, but wearing shirts gives people the deception that I'm fit lol. Sad I can't wait to truly feel fit once again.
