21 year old, aprox. 62.5 kg (137 lbs) weight, 5'9"5 (or 177 cm)
The same "body" for over 4 years and i want to change sth.
What can i do? I feel like i need to lose some fat, but on the other hand im gonna be even more skinner..
I heard about recomposition, but do not know how much calories should i consume, what training can i do,
my priorities are: low body fat (strong face bones), thick neck + swimmer body type (even with that narrow shoulders and avg height)

Your body fat is way more than 5% lmao, I'd put your body fat at around 10%. With that being said I'd recommend a bulk rather than a cut. Consume a caloric surplus of ~250-500kcal, hypertrophy specific training and maybe throw in a bit of swimming if that's your goal. Neck training is pretty easy to do, you can probably find some exercises for that on the site just don't do neck bridges lol.
67% chance of making it.

The number doesn't matter. You're skinny with little muscle. Lean bulk, cut back down, repeat.
You can't help the hopeless.
