How long does it take the body to convert excess calories to fat? Say you have a clean cheat day/two where you take in excess (500-1000 over maint) calories. All things being equal how long before the body actually manufactures the fat store on the body?
And on the other end....
How long does it take the body to metabolize the fat is it burning off during a cut?
I'm doing the 'weight loss for noobs' sticky with solid results (3lbs per week average - 18lb down), and only take a multi. Is there a supplement that will help my body metabolize the fats I'm shedding? I assume they 'go' somewhere, and there must be something that could help that process along.
