Hey guys, I'm currently 16 years old. I am in need of a good training program, I have been the "bro split" for a bit now, but I don't think it's good for size gains. Here is what my current routine is made up of>>
Day 1
~~~Chest~~~
Barbell Bench Press- 10,8,8,6
Barbell Incline Press-8,8,6
Decline Press- 8,8,6
Dumbbell flys- 2x10
Weighted Dips- 8,8,6
~~~Triceps~~~
Tricep Extension-10,8,8,6
Tricep Dip- 3x8
Tricep overhead press-10,8,8,6
Day 2
~~~Back~~~
Deadlift-10,8,8,6,4
Lateral PullDowns- 3 Sets, 12 Reps
PullUps- 3 Sets, 8 reps
T Bar Rows- 3 Sets, 8 Reps
Dumbbell Bent Over Raises- 3 Sets, 12 Rep
Machine Rows/Barbell- 3 sets of 12 reps
~~~Biceps~~~~
Barbell Curl- 3 Sets, 12 Reps
Dumbbell Alternating Curls- 3 Sets, 12 Reps
Ez Bar Curls- 3 Sets, 12 Reps
Ez Bar Forearm Curls- 3 Sets, 12 Reps
Day 3
~~~Legs~~~
Barbell Squat- 10,8,8,6,4
Leg Extensions- 3 Sets, 12 Reps
Hamstring Curls- 3 Sets, 12 Reps
Leg Curl- 3 Sets, 12 Reps
Calfs- Seated, 3x20
~~~Shoulders~~~
Barbell Overhead Press- 10,8,8,6
Barbell Shoulder/ Trap Shrug- 3 Sets, 8 Reps
Dumbbell overhead Press- 3 Sets, 12 Reps
Dumbbell Side Lateral Raises- 3 Sets, 12 Reps
I also am bulking right now at about 3500 calories a day. It seems to be working weight gain wise, but I want to make sure my training routine is A1.. I hope I can get some good advice, looking to stop spinning my wheels and make sure I get every benefit from each training day! Thanks.

Honestly looks fine to me depending on where your kcals need to be. Not gaining? Slightly increase your kilocalories.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
