    Smile Opinions on BSN 'True Mass'

    I have found me a good deal (potensially). 2x 5lbs tubs of BSN's proprietary blended weight gainer for £60.

    I wanted to know without receiving any smart @ss comments about 'PB + whey + oats = bulk' etc.

    So anyone got any opinions? taste? quality? effectiveness?

    I am currently bulking for the upcoming rugby season and do need to put on bodyfat to prevent frequent deep muscle bruising in contact,

    Lost of people have already posted their opinions on this, reviewed it, asked the notorious "has anyone ever taken this?" noob question, etc. There are pages and pages and pages of comments on this stuff, side effects, what to stack with it, favorite flavors, experiences, etc.
