    Smile Whats the best upper back workout

    i work out back with bi's and does anyine know of a good upper back workout that will make my back stronger and bigger? I dont know much about upper back workouts

    16 year olds should just focus on building their squat and deadlift, IMHO ( and other lifts like bench, overhead press, etc ). You don't need an "upper back workout".

    Deadlift, power clean, chinups, pullups and rows are all good choices. In that order, more or less, IMO.
