Hey, was just wondering, what would be a good power-lifting routine? I mad a routine on my own which is a little of a power-lifting routine, but was jw if anyone has a real power-lifting routine or something that can help me come up with one or change mine around.
Chest- 3 exercise
Biceps/Back- 2 exercise (Rows/Pullups)
Triceps- (Close grip/pull downs)
Shoulders- 2 exercise
I workout every other day, so i do each workout every 4 days.
