    Power-building Routine

Hey, was just wondering, what would be a good power-lifting routine? I mad a routine on my own which is a little of a power-lifting routine, but was jw if anyone has a real power-lifting routine or something that can help me come up with one or change mine around.

    My Routine:

    Workout A
    Chest- 3 exercise
    Biceps/Back- 2 exercise (Rows/Pullups)
    Deadlift

    Workout B
    Squat
    Triceps- (Close grip/pull downs)
    Shoulders- 2 exercise
    Shrugs
    Leg press

I workout every other day, so i do each workout every 4 days.
I would appreciate any help. Thanks

Step 1. Go to powerlifting/strongman section
    Step 2. Read stickies.
Step 3. Choose program based on experience/goals, which will probably be Ripptoes Starting Strength or a 5x5 if you have a decent base of strength.

"225, 315, 405 whatever. Yeah these benchmark digits come to mean a lot to us, the few warriors in this arena. They are, however, just numbers. I’m guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel
