    Leg day and hill sprints day?

    So I do leg day Tuesday should i do my hill sprints same day as my leg day? or how many days apart or what day should I do my hill sprints? I hit hill sprints once a week.

    I wouldn't do squats or leg presses on the same day, but I'd def. do some leg extensions.

    I think light leg work can stimulate, but allow them to be used later in the day, effectively.

    hmmm... maybe i can do hill sprints on one of my rest days (Sunday, Wednesday, Saturday)

    bump. does anybody know my question im asking how many days apart should my leg day be from hill sprint day? or should i do them on same day?
