Hey Guys-
Just took my first serving of this today. Used water to mix.
Now my stomach is upset and I've spent the afternoon sitting on the toilet.
To the best of my knowledge, I'm not lactose intolerant...
Is this normal? Will I get used to the supp or should I switch it up? If so, to what?
I had no issues with the 25g Myoplex RTD...

Ive never had this problem with ON whey, or any whey for that matter. ON whey is good stuff.
But I suppose everyone's digestion track is different.

it happened to me too when i first started taking it. i just toughed it out and about a week later i was fine. don't take too much right away if its your first time. let your body ease into it. 1 scoop a day is fine until you start feeling better

Lactose Free Protein. If you also never or rarely get protein and you take large doses than your body would react this way since, you are never use to it.

You can try picking up some ginger root and taking that, aids with digestion.

Might be from the Concentrate. Some people have GI issues when they take it.
Look into Whey Isolate/Krispy Kreme Krew Forever.
