Serving size for popcorn kernels or popped?

The one food item that I can never seem to figure out tracking wise is air popped popcorn. I buy a bag of kernals, then pop them in my air popper.

The bag has this for nutritional information:
Serving size 1/4 cup Dry (33g)
    Calories 130
    PRO 4g
    CHO 26g
    FAT 1g

Am I to assume that this is for 1/4 cup of the kernels? If so, thats a huge, filling snack for very few calories.

    I know, I know!

I am trying to be less obsessive when it comes to calorie counting and I just wish the package said "SERVING SIZE 1/4CUP OF KERNELS".

I just needed some 3rd party verification.

    Thanks.

    Doesn't matter...just weigh it...ends up same popped or unpopped - 33g.

At least it does for me...

There's a reason why it said 1/4 cup "DRY", and it's not just in case you wanna soak your popcorn in water before eating it.
