    Would this to much weight lost for 1 week? SRS

    -I'm carb cycling and progress has been good loosing a lb. a week
    -was loosing weight but then stopped
    -added more cardio and kept the calories the same
    -went from 140 16.4% to 137 15.6% in a week
    -lifts either stayed same or increased
    -keep protein at 180 -215 a day

    any srs ideas?
    HOW TO TELL IF IM LOOSING MUSCLE ?

    Not sure one pound a week is good and if you just stop! Maybe your body needs more time to adjust. If you are doing an 8 week cut try going to a 12-15 week cut and see how your body feels

    Three pounds is a little bit too much to lose in a week, but it's not really a problem. If you want to keep your gains over time when your cutting, I would aim to lose a pound to two pounds a week.

    The most I've lost in a week is 15 lbs. don't worry, most of it's water weight don't worry if you're a pound or 2 off you can account for that just by normal weight variation throughout the day.

    -diet stayed the same
    -added 3 more days of cardio

    You can lose up to 2 pounds and you wouldn't lose much muscle , take it slow though and aim for 0.5-1 lbs .

    Cardio might be the answer.. probably poop/water weight?
    Maybe all that was fat, but 3 lbs no big deal.. ( as long as it is not muscle)
    Just make sure you eat your protein and keep on doing what ya doing
    You can tell you are doing things rite if your lifts are going up while cutting
    word.

    When i cut for wrestling i cut out my water weight first for certification then i get all that back usually around 9-10 pounds i make my cut till i am at 7% then cut water weight hardcore and look like a starving pigme.

    DONT DO THAT Stay hydrated brah you dont want to lose what you worked for.
