    Post What is the Best time in a Day for Muscle Gain Workouts?

    Does anyone know that answer to this question?

    I read an interesting article on it. But, I'm not sure if I agree with it all.

    there's not really a best time to work out. it all depends on you really. your bat test flunctuates(sp) throughout the day. if you work out around noon time everyday then naturally your natural test will be at it's highest levels around noon. the best time for muscle growth is the same time you worked out the day before.

    To add to that, find a time you can focus on your workout so you use enough intensity. And having about 2 meals before will help make sure you have energy for the workout.

    when you load in about 2 meals of carbs and protein into your body. buy then your rockin. dont matter as long as you eat somethin nutritous hour half hour prior to workout youll get it in.

    you def need proper eating but i have read a few studies that have said 2-3hrs after you wake up your body begins to loosen up and your stronger quicker tahn when you first wake up.
