    Simple question how long should u wait after a good meal to hit the weights?

    Cheers Man! yes thats usually how long i give the digestion time to do its thang.Find if i wait much longer my energy levels drop and thats not so good or productive when i hit the gym.

    Actually a full dinner, just got my chest & back in seems 2hrs is right.Had enough energy and a bit more to lift heavier this evening .
