I havent checked the ages of the posters in this thread but most of the college girls I hang with like a little body hair on me.

I remember in high school it was the opposite, girls were borderline grossed out by any stomach/chest hair (luckily I didn't have much till the end of senior year) but I just chalked that up to them being catty adolescent bitches. Pretty sure most grown women want their man to look like a man.

It's enough to make you wonder about the fate of our once proud gender brahs.

What has brought this to pass? When did it become acceptable for men to preen and pretty themselves like poodles? And what, in God's name, is the appeal of this girly-manness?

i started getting chest/stomach hair when i was like 15 lol...sucked man, strong italian genes...my friends and i went to the beach one year when i was like 18 and they were like dude u need to shave ur chest...at the time i only had a strip down my abs and some patches on my chest...so i shaved it...fast forward to present, literally my ENTIRE chest and stomach are covered in hair now...it looks pretty manly actually, but i still shave it in the summertime so i look clean at the beach/pool...but in the winter i just let it go, bc it's a pain in the ass to keep up with, not to mention it itches like crazy when it grows back in...and 2 days after shaving it, it feels stubbly to the touch everywhere...i could just keep it trimmed with clippers but i prefer all or nothing with the chest hair. used to hate it, it's actually grown on me somewhat lately tho (no pun)...and i have to disagree with what a lot are saying about women...sure HS chicks and possibly some college chicks like it clean shaven, but i think when u hit 23+ the chicks want a manly man and dont care if you are hairless and actually prefer a little hair on their dude...

first of all, how do you know they just arent hairy?
second, you shave your face dont you? honestly, how is it any different? i dont shave my chest anymore but i dont see the problem with it. a lot of girls like it actually in my experience.
