    Which style of cardio?

What type of cardio should I do that it more geared towards lung capacity rather than burning calories. I know all cardio will burn calories but I just want something that I can do to keep my endurance and breathing capacity up without losing too many calories for when I start bulking. What should I do? Skipping? Box Jumps? Sprints?

    Thanks.
    Rob.

swimming is great for lung capacity and endurance. you just have to eat lot more to keep up with it.
You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

So something like a medium-fast pace run or eliptical?

You can join your local Y....I am going to be adding swimming into my weekly routines soon, and plan to swim at the local Y here. So, that would be my suggestion for swimming.

But, I prefer running, at a steady clip...to me, and I've read it everywhere...nothing beats running for overall cardio, in general. Cycling is a close second.
