    Constantly pooping- affecting weight gain...

    I have really been eating big time and have started gaining mass from my current workout routine. However, now that Ive stepped up the calories, I am pooping 4 times a day and its affecting my weight gain. I was 150 when i started my routine and i gained 8 lbs in 2 months, but recently I cant stop pooping and im down to 147.5... Please help. Thats a 10.5 lb loss in just less than a week. My diet has been the EXACT same the entire 2 months.

    Watch your diet! you might be eating more fiber than usual. Also, try to increase calcium intake with some of these foods:

    •Salmon
    •Sardines
    •Collard greens
    •Spinach
    •Turnip greens
    •Broccoli
    •Brussel sprouts
    •Sesame seeds

    Since you've gained more muscle in the last two months you need to eat more bro! You can't have the same diet that you had two months ago. Eat, eat and eat on a bulk!

    So you want to constipate yourself in order to make your weight go up? Unless you're somehow pooping out muscle, it doesn't seem like it would affect any gains.
