    gold standard vs isoflex?

Note: I have whey gold standard now and i wrote what was written on the tub. I***8217;m writing for Isoflex what I see on the advertisement so that's why it seems biased. Knowing this, which do you recommend?

    whey gold standard by ON
    1 serving
    24g protein
    5.5g BCAas
    4g Glutamine and Precursors

    Isoflex by Allmax Nutrition
    1 serving
27g pure whey protein isolate in every 30g scoop
    100% whey protein isolate
    6g BCAA content
    13g essential amino acid content
    0g fat
    2g carbs

Perhaps worry more about the filtration methods being used on the whey.

ON's gold standard might be ion exchanged (not sure how much of it).

    Go for IsoFlex.. pb choc,

If you don't mind spending a little extra, Isoflex should be a superior product. Compared to Gold Standard whey, Isoflex has less carbs, less fat, no lactose, and (to me) a much better flavor profile. It also uses all ultrafiltered whey isolate vs. the ion exchange whey that Gold Standard includes. Some people feel that ultrafiltration delivers a better end product than the chemically processed ion exchange protein.

Think of protein like gasoline at the pump. Gold Standard is the cheaper lower octane choice, Isoflex is like high octane premium unleaded. Both can get the job done, but most high performance sports cars require you to run the higher octane premium to get the best out your vehicle. Think of your body in the same way.

Isoflex is great, you will love it
    check the reviews!

Isoflex and ON's gold standard are different proteins though. Isoflex is a PURE isolate while Gold Standard is more of a blend
