Alright...so Today was my "cheat meal" day....and I decided to join my family at a breakfast/brunch buffet.....and I ate the following:
1 1/2 waffles w/ strawberries, blue berries, and syrup
1 Omelette w/ mushrooms, green/red/yellow peppers, and onions
A couple BBQ chicken wings (baked chicken wings in BBQ sauce)
2 small scoops of baked mac n cheese
and a thin slice of cheesecake to top it off...
afterwards I went to the gym and did the following:
started w/ 30 mins on the elliptical
followed by abs/chest/and tri's
went home had a protein shake and an apple w/ natural peanut butter about 2 hrs after workout/4 hours after brunch
then 2 hrs later had a top round steak with green beans for dinner..
Do you guys see me gaining back body fat or did I do good.
I diet throughout the week 5 to 6 meals 2 hrs apart (small meals are often 3 oz skinless/boneless chicken tenderloins w/ green veg or pre-packed tuna w/green veg..dinner is usually chicken or fish w/ veg)
then offer myself a cheat meal on the weekend.
I lift atleast 6 days a week (about to cut down to 4) and do cardio just about everyday.
and MY GOAL is to lose BELLY/BODY fat and get my weight down to 185 then pack on muscle (currently 195)
PLEASE help me out. and thanks for the help.

sorry, first post on here haha.
say bro. do you think that brunch I went to is gonna draw me back? I've been a hardcore lifter since 07 but im new to dieting (dieting for the past 2 months).
and Im going crazy because I won't be able to hit the gym tomorrow, which has me wondering if Im gonna gain fat from the cheat meal the day before.

lolz on how ppl can eat the most pathetic cheat meals and that and think the human body works that fast at putting on fat.
you barley had a cheat, your not ganna wake up tommorow and be any fatter.
my cheats today too, last months cheat i ate the followoing:
1 whole pizza
10 white chocolate oat cookies
5 eggs
1 fried chicken and swiss sammich
2 cup cakes
1 box pudding
i woke up nxt morning, gained 4 lbs water weight, after about 6 days was back down to what i weighed normally.

but that is barely a cheat????? you would be horrified if you saw what a real cheat day is like. but i know the guilty feeling. i lay in my death bed waiting for the next day to go gym and i cant sleep all night because i cant wait to wake up and smash it. and they ALWAYS turn out to be THE BEST workouts.

Cheat day from Italy last weekend:
12'' by 24'' Lasagna, 6 cheese, 7 layer, with 4 meats
2 baguettes and a 400g jar of Nutella
blueberry cheesecake (entire thing)
over a dozen pastries
Grande Grom Pistachio Gelato (grom OMG great, now in LA and NYC, check it out!)
1500g of spaghetti and 1000g of Italian sausage
600g jar of pesto tomato sauce
2 large pizzas from Prontos (one salmon and one carne)
3 fried chicken skewers
