    engaging core

    what are some was to engage my core to burn fat fast and quick? Lookin for something that is gonna do some serious damage to some extra fat.

    are you talking about doing abdominal exercises to reduce abdominal fat? you cant spot reduce

    Core exercises burn very little calories compared to big compound lifts such as squat/dead (which also activate the core by the way) - or aerobics.

    As the above poster said, you cannot choose where fat comes off from.

    As said, squats and deads work the core very well. If you really wanna lose fat, you gotta build total over all muscle, do the cardio (HIIT works well for most), and most importanly, get the diet in check. Best of luck!
