its really hard to dislocate your shoulder, you will suffer too much,, dont forget, you will step down your level of training to zero,
and will alaways look like a dork,
missed weight lifitng, been like 3 weeks, cant be patient or wait no more,
my shoulder feels kinda unstable,
feels a bit shaky, beating too much, people have you experienced that?
if yes, how you got over it?
they say, avoid over head exercises e.g. pull ups,
is this is a recovery?
to avoid your best exercise?
doctors get educated,
anyways, tell your story bro and lets heal ourselves
