hey, i am new to here. i want to lose weight and tone up.
the motivation isn't the problem, it is actually working out that is.
i have been an athlete all my life, but as i reached college i kind of let my self go a little.
i want to know if anyone has good advice for working out and eating right.
as in a weekly work out plan and what to stay away from as for food.
my goal is 15-20 pounds i am hoping to reach 115.
any advice is welcome. thankss
