Mate, them pictures are sick.
Really that is awesome. As I feel my diet is my downfall, what is your exact thought process to avoid ****ty food and concentrate on good stuff?
Talk me through it as I think my whole diet is where I go horribly wrong, obviously it appears you do not suffer the same problem.
Tri-Workout? Dayum.

Try to start eating more salads with chicken, or eating more fish with vegetables. It's really simple you just gotta force yourself to do it all the time. You know the good stuff for you, and almost always fast food or take out is bad for you (unless you know the right places to go). It also helps using a site like fitday.com where you can input your foods and see where you would be for the day. That's probably the best thing I do diet wise. I get to work or wake up in the morning and plan out my meals ahead of time with what I'd like to eat. Then I add/subtract things until my numbers are good. So if for instance you know you are going to dinner that night at some restaurant, look up their menu ahead of time pick something out you want to eat and add it to your fitday as best you can. Then adjust the rest of your day's food intake around that planned meal to make your numbers workout. And then the hardest part of all is you gotta stick to that plan. You can't plan out your food and then go off on a tangent and eat something else or add in other things you didn't plan on because then you are ****ed.

I have the exact same problem with my calves. It is really annoying, I'm sure you are like me, because my calves are strong as hell. I have the seated calf press and standing calf press completely maxed out, no more room to load weights.... and even with using the leg press for calves they still aren't growing... they just keep getting stronger and stronger... oh well.
You looking f'ing sick man. Best of luck.God bless our men and women serving overseas...
