i was tossing and turning all night, for a while i was sleeping with my back down. all of the sudden it felt like i was falling into a vortex or something and i was in a wierd trance. I tried to get up but i couldn't. by this point i was quite alarmed and tried to call for help but i couldn't get any sound out what so ever. there was something in the room watching me. strong WTF. then i snapped out of it and was scared sh!tless... didn't fall alseep for 2 hours after that

Next time, just hold your breath, and youll wake up from it.
Happened to me once. I was laying on my back, and the ceiling started to move, and descend down on me. When I noticed that it wasnt a ceiling, but thousands of spiders coming down towards my face. Right before they got to me I jumped out of bed and turned my lights on and started looking around for spiders, didn't find any lol. Almost sh*t myself.keep rep trading out of your signature line

Its worse when your Arms are numb. I had it so bad one time there was a Demon standing over me Dripping in blood. It was some crazy ****ing stuff. My brother was on shrooms one night and passed out. He said later that night he had Sleep Paralysis. What ever it was he seen and felt, he has not done another drug to this date.

Holy **** OP, something similar happened to me last night, srs.
Basically I was trying to fall asleep and kinda dozed off, but woke up 45min later to something clearly standing over me, no joke. I wasn't in sleep paralysis however so I instantly tried to kick the being multiple times, when I kicked it I felt no impact and it disappeared. Then I yelled out "Hey!" and I heard something on the roof of my house running, and you can get to the roof from the window of my room. I freaked the **** out and was ready for battle, turned on all the lights, asked my bro if he heard anything and went around the house looking to fight. I couldn't find anything...Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

Exact same thing happened to me a few weeks ago! It was the first time I've ever experienced anything like it. I woke up, and I was able to open my eyes but not move. I saw someone in the room with me and I tried to scream to wake up my boyfriend, but no sounds came out. It was just terrifying, not being able to move or speak.
I think he thinks it was just a dream, but I'm not so sure. I really do think it was sleep paralysis + possible hallucination.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_paralysis
"Sleep paralysis occurs when the brain awakes from a REM state, but the body paralysis persists. This leaves the person fully conscious but unable to move. The paralysis can last from several seconds to several minutes "by which the individual may experience panic symptoms and the realization that the distorted perceptions were false....In addition, the paralysis may be accompanied by terrifying hallucinations (hypnopompic or hypnagogic) and an acute sense of danger. Sleep paralysis is particularly frightening to the individual because of the vividness of such hallucinations. The hallucinatory element to sleep paralysis makes it even more likely that someone will interpret the experience as a dream, since completely fanciful or dream-like objects may appear in the room alongside one's normal vision. Some scientists have proposed this condition as an explanation for alien abductions and ghostly encounters"You have to focus on your FOOD and NUTRITION. That's super, super IMPORTANT. MIGHT AS WELL NOT EVEN GO TO THE GYM AND WORK OUT IF YOUR NUTRITION IS NOT INTACT...Consistency. Stay with it. You HAVE TO do this day in, day out. It becomes a LIFESTYLE. -Jay Cutler
