    how is my post workout shake?

    50g whey protein
    20g glucose sugar
    44g carbs from oats

    mainly concerned about the carb sources should i have simple carbs only or what?

    i never honestly saw the need for glucose pw... i only ever did whey and oats and it worked fine for me, just personal opinion but it seemed healthier

    strong point. glucose is better pw but i guess it would hurt. but are fast acting and wouldnt hurt the depleted muscle fibers

    No need for the glucose sugar. Replace it with a banana. And 50g whey is a lot imo but could depend on your pre-WO and the time you go at the gym.
