pretty easy 485x3..... got some confidence n motivation now.
540x1 was faster then I thought it would be.
FAK ! I wanted 600 today... got it a bit off the ground and i dunno, body gave up before it even seemed hard.... mental fail ? fak.... whatever... didnt feel too good starting out today. maybe next round.. should really do it on week 2 as i feel better then. fak week 3's
After watching my video of 540x1.... I probably shoulda went 540 -> 585 -> 600.... the 540 was so fast n clean.
feeling weak as piss now, even on curls... LAME... im either tired from failing or just not having the strongest day. all good... revenge will be had soon.

I don't remember doing more then 425x3.... and today 430x3 was pretty fast / easy... probably a PR.
I could do 275x3's all day... bench is feeling great.

Oh Sh!t.... so 500 FLEW up.... 2nd rep I think I got too cocky and almost speed repped it, felt a pinch mid back.... decided to call it. FAK ! I woulda had the 5 easy too.
5 mins later... No pain... maybe ill be ok, never had this happen before, scared im gonna wake up tomorrow a cripple.
So, few minutes have passed, onto bench, back feels fine, .. long story short.. I was laying down weird a while back and had a terrible back pinch in the same spot after I rolled weird. I actually think something was weird and that just popped back on that deadlift. either that or my body was just sick of deads or doing 5 reps.
280x3's feel easy for bench.... scary day turns into a good one !

Guess today will test my back. Been riding with no issues, should be fine.
395x6 = EASY seriously had 10 if I had the lungs.... I think my back is better then ever before
455x1 was pretty good, if it flew up I would have tryed 500... I'll leave that for another day... would be a grinder today.

First time doing deads since that weird pop... squats were fine, can't see there being a problem.
I think this is my first week 2 that isent a gimme... 470 was not a struggle, but I wouldnt want to do it again... haha
530x3 is gonna be allot of work.
Ended Bench 2 sets early... little bit of tendon pain in the left arm... probably from bench volume + bikes... ill give it a bit of a rest.

Got a pretty solid cut on my shin from riding before work the other day, I just taped it up..... still a little leaky... I hope I don't hit it on deads.
fak.... typing this out before lifting I realized how hard today looks... 500x3, then a 560x1+ ... uhhh... lets see how this goes.
I have to stop playing mind games with 500... It's not hard anymore, a triple is doable daily.

I'm back, with no injuries.... bit tired from riding back to back to back days, and driving 2000 kms... been a week since I lifted, lets see how this goes, lol.
Squats are feeling pretty solid so far, just looking to do what I need to with no bonus.
I know I said just the minimum, but 440 was too easy not to do again, probably had a hard 3 in me.
Starting to run out of gas, gonna cut bench back a few sets, and call er a day.

..... round 12.... never thought I would still be going this long... need 505x5+ on deads, would tie my all time 5 rep record. doable... but looks pretty rough on paper.
made it to 450x5 pretty easy, strength is there, but not as energetic as usual..
505 was hard.... 4th rep slowed down, needed to dig deep in the bag of effort for #5, it was pretty fast but pretty fakin hard.
actually pretty pumped now that i think about it, yea it was really hard to do what i have done years ago, but its on a day that i wasent feeling as awesome as i can, and reps aside, i think the speed and overall feel is faster and easier then before.
fak it, did a 5lb jump on bench, see how far i get.
think im gonna switch to doing 5 sets of 3 rather then 7x3, as the weight gets bigger its just getting to be too much... the lifts i do before are getting bigger too and im just exhausted.My Powerlifting Journal =

Have not lifted in 10 days..... been away on another bike road trip, last one of the season so im good to go now. Breaks are good every now n then anyways... lost a few pounds, but nothing too crazy. hope today goes well.
535x3 worked, felt ok, but form was not perfect as usual, little bit of back rounding, nothing too serious as i am a form nazi.
first set of 300x3 bench worked... I think I survived my bike trip.

I ate a full rack of ribs and half a chicken the other day for lunch..... I assume that should make me good at squats today.

Really late work out today... hope im not too tired from riding all day.
450 first rep I was leaning WAAAAY forward, not sure why that happened... lost a bit of confidence ..
505 was better
565 was pretty fast, but also heavy... starting to feel my weak spots, which is probably the lower back at least today, legs had more in them.
Can\t complain, I did what I had to.

I feel like I'm getting a bit lazy and off schedule lately... It's cold out now, i've been sleeping in, not eating as much as I should... just been so lazy. Fak I hate winter.
Starting up morning MMA again to keep me from being lazy and sleeping in. I pretty much hate outside this time of year, so I have no excuse other then work being pretty busy to not lift.
I've always rode my bike indoors in the cold weather, really debating taking a month or 2 off completely from bikes, just to help me get back on track.... either that or just ride once a week.
445x1 was weird... I went in not very motivated, maybe mid rep was hard, but not slow, finished the rep and kinda thought it was easy.... brain musta turned off.
hit the hooks on the 3rd rep on my 4th set... still got it

Lucky round 13.... I'm grumpy, down a few lbs, and the last few days I've been waking up with all my joints sore. Fak the cold weather.... Today will not be a good day. If I can even make it to my 515 I'll be surprised, doing 515x1 instead of the 5 I need is considered a victory today.
Da fak ?!!! I didn't want to jinx it, but deads were SO light feeling, got to 455 with no effort, 515, first 4 were nothing, last one solid but probably at 95% effort for a comfortable 5 rep. Fakin REP PR !!!!
