    Anyone that is lean consume a lot of fruit daily? I would like to hear up on some experimental info on this subject.

    At least 3-4 bananas, 1 apple and 1 kiwi/some berries/pineapple a day

    that is good to hear. I eat my fruit, though I am still far from lean, i'm still losing weight while eating plenty of fruit. i read so many logs in here, and barely any one seems to have any fruit in their diets. i know they are loaded with sugar and all, but there are so many vitamins and antioxidants, and general health benefits of fruit that it seems silly not to consume any at all just to be a little extra lean.
