Haven't posted/taken pics in a while.. I think I probably look much bigger IRL, or in good lighting/better quality pictures.. And my arms are much bigger flexed. I've just tried to lean out a bit before summer.

Thx.. I was a good HS football player up until my junior year, when I had to have elbow surgery.. Basically turned into a skinny-fat, average person.. Started lifting again on New Years' Day of 2009 and haven't looked back.
I don't know what it is.. I hit it really hard. It actually doesn't look very small IRL

I do a lot of weightless ab work. Leg lifts, flutter kicks, planks.. Lots more.. etc. I don't care what anybody says, I'm a huge advocate of sit-ups. I do a lot of them, and they are very effective. I also play a lot of high-intensity basketball, and run.
Bench is probably around 280. I just started doing deads, I can probably dead well over 400, and I have ****ed up knees, so I don't really squat.. But I have strong legs.
