Umm, the ingredients are:
Minced haddock fillets, water, toasted wheat crumbs, corn starch, flour (corn, wheat coya), modified corn starch, spices, sugar, salt, baking powder, sodium phosphate, guar gum, soya sauce powder, corn maltodextrin, colour. Browned in canola oil.Start Weight: Current Weight: Goal Weight:
