WOW, this is a very bad spot to be in. However, she is wrong, she is either already cheating or working her way towards it.
Its not what your father deserves. She made the mistake of cheating and got caught.
She must pay the price for that. She is married. She has a family. If some strange cawk is more important than all of that, she deserves to burn for her mistake.
I have zero sympathy for cheaters. None. Mother or not, your dad should know."Johan tells me that your luggage, is the luggage of the poor."
"The will to survive is not as important as the will to prevail... the answer to criminal aggression is retaliation." - Col. Jeff Cooper USMC Ret.

Print out emails, tell the boss unless he wants these shown to his wife he will pay you $5k cash.
Then tell his wife anyway. Profit. Literally.Misc Firearm Crew. 2nd Amendment cannot be Interpreted.

Forward the emails to yourself op is the easiest way of saving them. You can also screen capture them if you desire. I'd talk to your mom about it first then talk to your dad and possibly be a mediator, though i am really close with my parents so I could effectively take the role as a mediator, you may not want to though.

What I'm saying is that it could be something where the OP's dad has something else going on with his social life that is arranged and that for them to share that information with a 19 y/o child wouldn't make any sense. You never know. Maybe they both do it so the family can at least function like a family and get the bills paid, etc. until the kids are older and out of the house. There might be younger siblings. Divorce can financially ruin a family and that can be harder to recover from than a cheating spouse.
Unfortunately, OP, today is the day that your snooping around will have changed your life and outlook on women for the rest of your life. Sometimes it's better not to know.Sponsored noNiPZ athlete.

Well ****kk. Okay I'm forwarding them but i have to open them to do it, and this is something I should never have to read. Secondly my mom isn't hot, no offense to her but no I'm not posting pics of my mom, especially on the internet for something like THIS. **** off. To the people who gave legit responses thanks, and Yea I think I should tell my dad. After I can forward these Ill try to cap one and at least give u guys that. I'm not overly emotional yet about it, I'm not sure if I am going to be. I bet if I tell my dad though and they did get divorced, well maybe my mom and this guy would be getting married or something, like I might see him in the future. There's just so many sides to it that there really isn't a bad guy. My dad deserves to know though, if I had a son I'd expect no less from him. I'll give my mom a chance to tell him though.

Make sure you let your mom know and your dad know as well and let them figure it out. If they break up, let it play out. If not, then let them figure out a solution to the problem. People are bound to the fact that they're married and take it for granted. It should be a wakeup call to get their relationship working again. If they don't want to, then let it go.
And don't worry about the boss. Your mom is the main one at fault for pursuing (maybe?) a married man of all people.
And lol @ reading a dirty email from your mom to your boss. I'd freak the **** out of I saw that happen.

Go phuck yourself you beta cuckold *******.
Just because you've got no concept of loyalty or family, doesn't mean your ****gy small penis advice should influence the OP.
OP: Save emails, screenshot them, forward them to yourself, print them. Don't give your mom a chance to tell your dad. Show them to him immediately and let him make his own conclusions and confront her as he sees fit, without her being able to twist it around.
Don't even second guess it. This is what you need to do.
I'm sorry that you're in this situation. All the best.

1.blackmail your moms boss
2.tell your dad anyway
.... Know a guy at work that caught his wife cheating with a married guy... He told him to start stuffing money into an envelope every month... He divorced his wife but still keeps making bank off that guy from blakmailing him....
