I am going to cut starting monday. I have bulked for a little more than a year, went from 156LBS to 201LBS. Up to 415X6 deadlift, 225X8 Bench. I am proud of what I have accomplished, now I plan to cut. I want some tips on workouts, diet, everything. I plan to end up around 2000k cals a week, doing cardio everyday after my lifts, (I don't do any cardio now). What kind of Cardio? What food? Tips? Thanxxx BB BRAHS

My little experience with a cut has shown me that it is quite difficult to maintain your lifts. I would eat carbs in the morning and after your workouts. I'd eat little carbs throughout the other parts of your day. Drink a lot of protein shakes and try to maintain a good lifting/cardio schedule. Cutting is all about your diet and not so much your cardio. The supplement I used and loved was USPLabs OxyElite Pro. It was quite an amazing appetite suppressant and was shocked that I wasn't hungry all day like I normally am.
