    I Got A Creatine Question

    How long does it take to lose the water weight after taking creatine I read on this others sites forum some guy said 8 years which seem like total BS to me

    it's an intra workout supplement...in inta

    also, any water retention from creatine should go away after a couple weeks...cause for the first week off the storage might still be high, then after that it will start wearing off. Keeping water intake high will help reduce the amount of time taken to reduce water retention since your body does not feel the need to store water due to a constant supply of fresh water.
    I bodybuild, I don't powerlift, as far as how much I can lift goes it doesn't matter to me, it's how much I grow.
