Special Notes
If you haven't been able to tell by looking at all of my post in this thread, I love my raisin bran. I put stars next to it to remind myself to let all you guy/gals know, never buy crunchy raisin bran. Don't get me wrong it's really crunchy but instead of two scoops of raisins in the box, there probably is only a half a scoop in crunchy raisin bran.S.N.I. Global Representative

I didn't get to serious until last year when I did the P90X Program 3x's. Since December of 09 I have been working out at the Bally's gym in Syracuse. I decided to get a gym membership in order to introduce compound movements into my workouts. My quads are lacking compared to the rest of my body but they are starting to catch up. By the way, I think you told me at one time your sister was doing the P90X, how is it going for her?

I hear you there. My women asked me to get her a membership when I got mine. I told her that I would pay for her guess pass until she proved to me that she was going to go to the gym on a regular basis and not waste my money. She hasn't gone to the gym with me once.

AfterMath Review
Well it was a fun ride. I really enjoyed logging another Ergogenix product. I want to thank Manofmany and Ergogenix for another wonderful oppurtunity.
Final Thoughts
Over all I feel that Aftermath is a strong post-workout recovery drink and def. deserves a lot of attention. From after my first day of usage I knew this product would finish strong. One thing I def. noticed was a decrease in recovery time. No matter how hard I pounded the crap out of myself I didn't wake up as sore as I should of. Another great perk about AfterMath is how flexible it is to mix with other things besides water. There has been some post-workout drinks that I have tried in the past that you couldn't even think about mixing it with any thing but water. This was a big bonus to me. I get tired of drinking the same flavor product over and over again, it's nice to switch it up every now and then. It's also really cool to have the option to make a slushy with it on those hot days. Lastly, I would like to comment on the packs the AfterMath came in. Having single packets for each serving made it easier to bring from place to place. Also I liked not having to carry around a tub with me. I know some may say, just take a single serving out and put it in your cup and carry that around. Sure you can do that, but then you risk losing out on freshness and possible moisture getting into your product. I def. give AfterMath a 9 out of 10.
Thanks again Manofmany, Ergogenix and all who followed.
