Well I had to change it up a little bit yesterday because I got home late from my second job. Instead of going to the gym and doing a leg workout, I did my cardio. No worries though because I have the next 4 days off from mowing. I will be hitting my legs up after work today and then arms/shoulders Sunday and Monday chest/back.
Special Note
I posted this in Incline's thread so if no one has came up with this idea then I will be the first. After I got done doing my cardio I took my AfterMath and put it in my shaker. Instead of mixing it with water, I mixed it with Rain Berry Gatorade. MMMMMMMM good. It mixed very well and the taste was unexplainable. Now for all you people out there on a very strict diet I have some numbers for you. 10 oz of Rain Berry Gatorade has 60 calories, about 120mg sodium, 35-40mg potassium, 14-16g carb and 14-16g sugar.
Food Intake
5:30am 4 eggs+protein shake
7:30am multi-grain bar
10:30am 1 bowl raisin bran
1pm sliced ham sandwich/can of peas
5pm chicken/salad
9:30pm AfterMath mixed with 10oz gatorade
10pm 3 egg omelete/cheese/hot sauce
Can't wait to do squats today it has become one of my favorite compound movements.

Alright, today I am going to change it up a little bit and just stick to a bicep and ab workout. I have never tried this before but I always believe in changing it up every now and then. I'm hoping this will give me more pump and vascularity in my bi's because I will only be focusing on them instead of also my shoulders.

Yesterday was a cardio day for me. After I was done mowing for the night I went home and did my P90X plyometric's disc. I love it because it's convienent for me to do after a long day of work. As soon as I was done, I downed my AfterMath. I woke up this morning and felt great. Usually after my session with plyometrics the next morning my calves are soar from all the jumping.
I will post my food intake for yesterday in a little bit.S.N.I. Global Representative

Good workouts man
I don't know if you drink coffee or tea while working but usually just having some tea and an orange cuts it for me pre workout. I just started working 8-530 on weekdays so I bought some white flood a few weeks back to take before I lift at night, it has helped a ton..
Other than that I think it helps to take 5 minutes, close your eyes and kinda relax between work and the gym, I do that and it helps my brain clear out ya knowMy training log:
