I was sort of hijiacking another thread with this so I figured I'd start my own thread:
Pre-cut, was in December and i was in the 190s from a bulk. In that bulk I definitely gained weight from my previous condition, but I didn't necessarily appear bigger muscle-wise, so I don't want that to happen on this clean bulk.
Post-cut, started a few days ago. Whereas during my cut I ate around 1900-2200 calories, these past few days I have been closer in the 3000 range.
PICS EMBEDDED A FEW POSTS BELOW
Do you guys think that I can finally start bulking (clean bulk)?
What do you think my bf% was pre cut, and after cut (now)?
Did I have a successful cut?
Any pointers on how to have a successful bulk would be greatly appreciated with the little rep I have to give back.
Edit: looking back, the pre cut pic is definitely a few months ago, but it looks like I was already leaning out then. I don't look like I weigh 190s in the pre cut pic... I need to take pics more often/label them better.

slowly readd your calories as someone said, then continue to eat large and lift large, theres no need for an all out 6000 calorie bulk, just eat at around 1000 above maintainence per day and you should be good for a lb of weight gain a week with less tendancy for the weight to be made of fat.
Bite off more than you can chew, then chew it.

Thanks for the input. I think I got caught up with wanting to put on more muscle to quickly. More patience = less fat put back on I realize.
And I forgot mention I'm running a half marathon in August. I'm already in pretty good cardio shape so I won't be training like crazy, but the days I do run a lot outside I'll make sure to eat some more calories those days..

omg_otter, thanks man. How did you do that? I'll hit you back once my reps recharge (and same to everyone else)...
Does anyone else have and bulk diet tips besides 300-500 above maintenance? Is it time for me to start hitting up red meats more too (throughout cut it has been ALL tuna, chicken, talapia, turkery burgers...)

No problem bro - I'm not sure if this is the easiest way to do it but I went on your links > right click > copy image location > paste here with at the end of the link.
Lean red meat is always a good idea, bulk or cut, plus it tastes amazing.
Having said that though, I've never tried "turkery" burgers haha
seriously, the best username in the misc. srs. lol every time....
