Would it be okay to train triceps twice a week?

My triceps aren't really lagging, though my right arm's tricep is kind of small. I was wondering if I would get better results training my triceps hard twice a week, once on chest day and another time on arms day. On etricep.com they really emphasize to workout tris twice a week, but other people say that any more than once a week is overtraining. What do you guys think about this?

You're not gonna overtrain. It seems that's the new trend for lazy people. People on these forums will say "OMG your overtraining for doing 7 sets for biceps" but they are over exaggerating it.

Trust me, chances are you will never reach a state of overtraining.

It is fine as long as they are recovered from your previous work out. To fix the smaller arm Try to work your smaller tricep out for more reps and do one arm tricep extensions to make sure one of your triceps is not doing most of the work.

i dont think its possible to overtrain as long as your rest, diet and supplementation are in check... well it is possible.. but youll have to go to extreme lengths
The more you sweat in training, the less you bleed in battle.

coz biceps/triceps may grow by just doing 3 sets of bench presses/chin ups as good than doing 10 sets of biceps curls and skullcrushers, but ***s for some reason are obsessed to train them so hard when it isnt even needed.

I lol at people trainign 1:30 hour 5 days a week doing all their biceps sets, and im training 3 days a week just 40 minutes with 2x size arms and even more definition.
