Hi All,
Was looking to try a good fat burner came across two options below
RSP Nutrition - QuadraLean Thermogenic
RSP Nutrition - Amino Lean Energy Formula
I can see both are highly rated. Was thinking to try both like in morning quadralean 3 caps then in afternoon Amino lean and before workout quadra 3 caps again.
Not sure if its a good idea hence i am here. Apologies in advance if its stupid question.
I am trying to cut fat and yes i am on proper diet also

Stick with one quality product. Keep in mind "fat burners" don't directly burn fat.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

AminoLean is just free-form amino acids (which are pointless if you're meeting your macro), CLA (which is just about always a waste unless you're grossly obese), LCLT which can be great, but just supplement it on it's own, and caffeine (which you can get from coffee or caffeine tabs for a lost less.)
QuadraLean is CLA and a small amount of ALCAR and caffeine. ALCAR is great if you want it, but cheap to supplement alone. See above for the other two items.
All in all, skip both and buy some caffeine tabs and some LCLT or ALCAR if you want either of them."I'm pretty sure your wrong, but care to elaborate..."

If you are going to be using a caffeine based BCAA I would probably go with the non-stimulant version of Quadralean (White bottle). The quadralean thermogenic is very strong and that amount of caffeine may upset your stomach.
