Proteolytic enzymes and bcaa's go a long way to reducing DOMS.
Something like Agent-M or Sorenzyme is the ticket

I've been digging E-Bol and Intrabolic recently for this reason. One caveat, however, is that I train as an Olympic-style Weightlifter, so perhaps our training regimens aren't the most comparable. Still, I can't complain about being able to do what essentially amounts to five heavy, full-body workouts a week with minimal to no soreness while also extending the loading portion of my latest training cycle for an additional week.

I started the new SizeOn Pro Max last week and the recovery has been insane. W/O it I am about 4 days on w/e body part. With Cell Mass I was 3. With SizeOn...2. I am glad I finally picked some up. Time will tell what the results look like but any time you can work the same group more than once a week I would assume with proper diet and rest you will see gains.

Have seen good results from Dark Matter in the past.
Right now I just consume Xtend or Intrabolic(prefer the taste of Intrabolic Berry to many flavors of Xtend) intra and post workout.

check out recon for a complete recovery supplement. Hits multiple aspects of muscle recovery rather then just BCAAs.

Recovery wise my favorite current supplement is Betancourt's BULLRUSH, but Xtend and A.I.'s Recover Pro are my other two favorites. Can't really go wrong with any of these three.

I cant comment on the taste of LG sciences BC/Eaa it has a decent profile but the PWO [new flavor mixed berry] postal tastes great and has a good profile.
