    ECA stack cardio required?

Hey guys first i will introduce myself as this is my first post. my name is john and i am from stoke-on-trent.

IM not a bodybuilder im just looking to burn fat.

i have aquired an eca stack which contains 30mg eph 210mg caffeine 25mg asprin per serving. i currentley take 2 servings per day. one when i wake up at 8am and one at around 1 pm.

my question is how much cardio should i be doing as ive read that doing to much while on an eca stack is dangerous. before i started using an eca stack i used to set the treadmill to a 15% incline and the speed at 7% for 30mins. what would you recommend me doing now. and i plan on keeping my heart rate below 130bmp

on workout days which is a monday, wednesday, friday i will take 1 serving of my eca stack on an empty stomach 45 mins before going to the gym.

(i dont lift weights i just keep fit doing cardio.)

Cardio is never required for fat loss but it's obviously good for general health. Diet is far more important. You should also be doing resistance training because you will just end up looking like you've spent 10 years in a POW camp if you don't

You may not like running after taking ECA. I didnt. Either run first in the morning then take the ECA or just do biking or a slower pace.

im not looking to build muscle but i dont mind tonning up. i suppose i could do a bit of machine excercises like chest press etc which i will sweat anyway because i will do them for reps and burn calories that way and then do a slow 20 minute bike ride after? on the bike machine

No I don't mean light weights, I mean heavy weights but as an absolute minimum calisthenics. Light weights do not 'tone' your muscles, this is a myth, 'tone' (i.e. cuts and definition) comes from having a low BF%. Your muscles can do two things, they can; get bigger, or get smaller. It's highly likely that if you have never lifted heavy, you will not look good at ~10% BF (approx. where you need to be to have visible abs if your abs are developed that is). Here's a picture to put things in perspective:

Now you see that, what are your goals? If your goals are the image on the right, keep doing what you are doing, sort your calories and macros out. If your goals are the guy on the left, start doing resistance training and sort your calories and macros out.
