Well I've hired 3dMJ for my contest prep and I've been talked into doing the INBF Northern Cal classic on June 5th. I have less than 2 weeks to prepare but I'm going to dominate! I'll also be doing a NANBF show in mid-July which will give me roughly 8 weeks from now to prep w/ 3DMJ. Wish me luck

More or less the same diet. I'm currently doing a whey shake before work, another shake at 1030, lunch today was a grilled chicken salad w/ dressing on the side and 2 garlic basil rolls, then a 2:1 protein bar for afternoon snack before the gym, 50g whey shake + 30g waxy maize starch pwo, chicken breast/can of tuna + cup of broccoli w/ some almonds for dinner, 2 servings of steel cut oats + maybe another 25g of whey for a snack before bed. And I'll add in some more almonds or rice cakes or protein if I need it depending on where I'm at in my macros for the end of the day.
No cardio usually, but since I've decided to do the show I'm going to do 20-30 mins of HIIT or LISS a day to make sure I'm on point.
If enough people want me to I'll log my prep for the July show.

Well I contacted Roy from the INBF about the September show's entry form because I was unable to access it from their site. He then tried to convince me to do the June 5th show because its also a pro qualifier and has less athletes signed up. I talked to 3DMJ who I just contacted for my prep a day before and they said I should do it since I'm so lean already. Their thinking was the more stage time the better. So **** it here we go.
Will post some leg pics up soon, although I'm working them out tonight so they won't look spectacular (not that they do anyways) for a while.

first off. Good luck man i remember us having a talk about competing and you said you wass going to wait...looks like you came to your senses
However in those pics why do your abs look not as defined as any of your other pics ? guessing its the lighting or posing?

Posing, maybe some lighting. I was too busy focusing on flexing my shoulders/chest/arms to see how they were looking. I know I got abs, I see them everyday

Yes sir and he's going to have me eating into the show. He's my buddy from the gym around here. I remember watchin him train and hearing he was a pro and after getting to know him a little he was telling me to compete. He's also tried to get me to do some powerlifting comps but that's another story

Most definitely.
I weighed in at 193.2 the day before and I was able to meet your macro numbers yesterday and weighed in at 192.4. I was worried all those carbs would be a problem but adding cardio into my workout w/ those carbs is lookin pretty good.
Actually pretty good so far. Once I meet up w/ Jeff to work on posing it will be even better! I'll post some pics up later this week.

Man, everytime I see a new pic of you, I feel like someone punched me in the gut. Your conditioning is just ridiculous. Dang, you make me sick. lol
Really glad to see you're going to compete. That physique needs to be on a stage. You'll get plenty of support here at bb.com. We'll all be behind you, buddy.
