OK so, when lifting during your cutting phase, many say to only do weights three days a week, ok but..during my bulk I only worked out three days a week as well, should I continue to follow the same lifting routine during my cut to preserve my muscle?
The bulk was this
Mon - Bi's and tri's
Wed - Shoulders and back
Fri - Lats and chest
Abs and legs are done each day as well.
