reebok easy tone
Has anyone bought these? I've been wanting to try them out, but I'm curious for feedback, ...how they fit, shin splints, etc... also, seeing as most of us here already work out consistently and eat healthy, are they more a mainstream fitness fad? would wearing them plus lifting/cardio cause possible overtraining? do they work? etc...thanks!!!

I personally think that they are just a fitness fad/shoes companies trying to dupe you out of a ton of cash.
I wouldn't waste your money because they aren't going to do a darned thing. A good physique is about a good diet first and foremost and a good weightlifting/workout plan.
If you are a runner and are looking for a good paid of running shoes i would suggest looking at some barefoot shoes like Vibrams and Terra Planna Vivo shoes. I have a paid of Vibrams that i pretty much wear for running, hiking, camping, etc and i have never been happier.

thannks for the reply...i've been thinking the same thing about the whole fitness-fad possibility, i def thought so when i saw sketchers, but because reebok was behind it i was wondering if maybe it would have a lil more creditability, but i think i will just stick with the diet and lifting
