Quickest and Easiest Middle Three Meals of my Day...

Hey guys, I haven't been on here in awhile, so I'm just throwing up a new thread just to get back in the groove. Anyways, since school I decided I'd cut down a little. What always got in the way was trying to find time for food in between my part-time job, and walking all around campus for my courses all day long. I would have to carry Natty Peanut Butter Sandwich, Protein Shakes, and other sources of protein and carbs all morning until about mid-afternoon. So I decided to make it much easier for me.

I work out in the morning, so this is 1 hour after working out, lunch, and between classes late afternoon.

I mix in one medium sized bowl:
1 can of tuna in water
2 scoops whey protein
Chopped 2 boiled eggs
Light Mayo and extra water if needed

It doesn't even taste bad. It actually taste pretty great. It makes a perfect 3 servings yielding just over 30 grams. I'll eat one serving on whole grain bread during lunch and if I feel a little tired from lack of carbs, I keep a couple small potatoes or other carb source available. I've never had anything much quicker than this; and easy to make to. Just wondering, is there anything you guys would reccommend that I'm possibly missing? If not, I'll just let this thread slide through with the other million 'one post' threads. Later guys.

Add some starchy carbs to the meal you eat after you lift.

stop wishing and get lifting." - joekerr31
