but still stay full? Like heres how my meals consist
breakfast 20 almonds/egg whites
Lunch half of chicken breast salad
dinner other half of a chicken breast/salad
this is all I eat mostly every day but I manage to stay full I weigh 260 weighed 410 in august of 09, still on my diet to reach 175. height 5`9.
Is it bad I eat this little but still stay full?
