    Eating alot of cereal late at night. Good/bad?

    I try not to eat any junk however recently I've strarted having cereal late at night. I think it's better then having cakes etc but is it still bad for me?

    I would assume it depends on what kind of cereal you're eating. I really dont think Cocoa puffs would be good to eat at night or probably any time. Also with low fat milk is probably a better choice.
