if you only have a whey shake PWO specify brand and whatever you add to it (oats,dextrose etc)
Right now im using torrent... love itbefore that i was using myogenix aftershock tasted good and had joint support.
wanna see if theres something else out there worth checking out and what would be good to put in whey to make it a most complete pwo shake.

The flavoring is weak and it doesn't mix well.. but overall I think it's a great product.. they have a CoA or something on their website.. also you can find 25lbs of MGN Isolate for <$140 shipped.. for the price.. this protein wins!Originally Posted by DASBUNKER

A lot of times it's 1 scoops vasolate, 1/2 scoop whey, and a bunch of cereal.
Realize that anyone with an affiliation to a supplement company in their signature has ulterior motives when making recommendations. They're primarily concerned with pushing their products. Not your safety or what's best for you.
